Quick way to troubleshoot a NO SENSOR error on a VL2500 Spot or Wash
.
This can come in handy.
Check that your motor runs smoothly ( means driver is good)
Check belt tension, check connectors
check wiring harness from sensor pcb to MCB
If all OK then go to MCB
DC Voltmeter
Black probe on screw or chassis
Red probe on your test point
If voltage doesn't move: Bad Sensor
If voltage moves but error still: Problem on MCB
