Hi Allain, I have a MAC Viper Performance that has only been out on one show. When we tried to use it the next time it would not reset. The screen boots up when power is applied (not just from the battery) and you can access all of the menu functions but it won't start the reset process. I opened the base and checked to make sure all connections are tight, which they are. Do you have any other suggestions before I bring it in for warranty service? Thanks!
